Stanton Carpet Mills Warranty info:

1-Year Mfg Warranty: For manufacturing defects (all products). Stanton provides a one year limited repair or replacement warranty. Stanton warrants to the initial purchaser and original seller that its carpets will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original seller. This is a limited warranty and contains specific exclusions and limitations. Liability and exclusive remedy of Stanton under this warranty is limited to actual repair or replacement. Stanton’s total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount to the original seller. Please check with your local dealer for any other specifics
5-Year Limited Wear Warranty:
Carpet (excluding stairs) is warranted for normal abrasive wear not to experience more than 10% surface fiber loss for the term of the warranty. Normal abrasive wear covers surface fiber loss only, not wear and damage from crushing, matting, cuts, tears, pulls, reverse pilling, water pooling, shading, shedding, staining, soiling, fading, burns, pets, improper installation or cleaning. Carpet area will be repaired or replaced according to warranty stipulations. Purchaser must submit notice of all claims under this warranty to Stanton Carpet Corp. within the specified warranty period.

Stanton Carpet Corporation subscribes to the standards and technical conclusions set forth by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) related to the inherent characteristics of cut pile carpet. Furthermore, the purchaser understands that in some instances, variations of surface pile (both in color and texture) can occur.

PET URINE
- Soak up and blot spill.
- Apply tested cleaning solution.
- Leave solution on 5 minutes or more.
- Rinse with cold water; cover with white paper towel.
CLEANINGSOLUTIONS
Mix 1/4 teaspoon mild liquid dish soap with one cup warm water.
Vinegar Mix 2 tablespoons white vinegar with 4 cups warm water.
WINE

Carpet Maintenance
ON A REGULAR BASIS
- Vacuum at least weekly to remove dry soil particles that can dull fibers and cause matting.
- Combat crushing by placing glides under heavy furniture.
- Rotate furniture to give carpet a rest.
- Close blinds or shades to avoid long hours of direct sunlight.
EVERY 18 MONTHS
- A professional steam cleaning/hot water extraction at least once every 18 months is required to maintain your warranty.
WHEN ACCIDENTS HAPPEN
- Clean spills promptly.
- If you cannot clean immediately, you can remove most stains after 24 hours.
- Flush the stain using mild dishwashing detergent and water. Blot excess moisture with a clean white cloth, moving from outer edge of stain toward the middle.
