We felt listened to and were shown plenty of options for carpet. Scot took the time to answer all our questions and his back office kept us informed at all times of when the carpet was received and when installation would happen. The carpet it itself was high quality and feels luxurious on bare feet. We're could not be happier with the design and feel. Though we had a few hiccups post-installation, Scot was super responsive and sent a team member over the following week to make some final adjustments. A big thanks to this team for making the process smooth, setting the right expectations, and doing a great job. We'd highly recommend this local business for your next carpet or flooring project!

We called Coventry and were able to get an in-house estimate from the owner, Scot Johnson, within a couple of days. He was very professional, helpfull and gained our confidence almost immediately. Based on his professional and honest recommendations we selected a beautiful Masland nylon carpet. His installers, Juan and his son, did the entire install in 2 days and they did a fantastic job! I cannot recommend Scot and Coventry more highly.

Very responsive, extensive showroom, prompt and with professional in-house installers. Our entry stairs are curved and their specialist installer, Tom, did an incredible work on a complex install. Getting new carpet throughout our home seemed like a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, but Coventry Carpets made it as painless as it could possibly be. From the Owner Scot coming over to our house twice with tons of samples at various price points, to his consultation on the best carpet for the areas of our house, to his installer doing a STELLAR JOB, it was all a really great experience. We wanted a more modern carpet in one are of our house and were nervous about it, but Scot had some great options and samples that helped us decide and we are so glad that we moved forward with it!! We now wouldn't ever use any other carpet company .. they're THAT GOOD!! Thank you Coventry Carpets, the beautiful job you did transformed our home!!
